WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We are currently only shipping to locations in the USA using DHL and UPS through third-party logistic service providers. So your order should be with you shortly after receiving your dispatch email. Parcels and orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Yes of course! please let us know in the notes/comments box at checkout and we will as some extra special magic! (and we will leave out the printed invoice, which you receive an email copy of).

We are currently only shipping to the USA and, we will be providing worldwide shipping very soon. But please let us know where you are by emailing at info@daaniaus.com and we will look at adding your location to our list if it isn’t already.

How do I look after my order?

We recommend storing your order away from other jewellery to avoid scratching and damage and you can gently clean with a damp cloth to remove marks and makeup etc. (excluding the pepper white textures)

What are your products made from?

Our products are made with the following materials:

• Nickel and Lead Free alloy
• Alloy/rubber earring backs

What measures are you taking to be sustainable?

We are ethically conscious and reuse all of our left over polymer clay from every style and product we make. We source sustainable packaging from ethically conscious suppliers and we recycle all packaging where we possibly can from any of our supply orders.
